2. Eligibility and Conduct

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have consent from a legal guardian, to access or use the Services. You agree to use the website and its content solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with another party’s use and enjoyment of the site.

3. Services and Offerings

The Company provides creative, educational, and artistic services, including but not limited to photography, brand development, creative direction, digital products, courses, and masterclasses (collectively, the “Offerings”).

Offerings, descriptions, features, and pricing may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Certain services may be subject to a separate written agreement or invoice. In the event of a conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the written agreement shall prevail.

4. Orders and Payment

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe or Square. By submitting payment, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the total amount indicated at checkout, including applicable taxes or fees.

Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the deliverables set forth in your invoice, proposal, or checkout summary.

If payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Cancellations and Credits

All sales are final due to the customized and digital nature of our work.

Digital products, downloads, courses, and masterclasses are nonrefundable.

Retainers and session fees for portraits and luxury studio experiences are nonrefundable. One reschedule may be permitted at our discretion if requested at least seven (7) days before the scheduled appointment. Missed or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the session.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a service, you will receive a studio credit equivalent to the undelivered portion of the purchase. Credits may be applied toward future sessions, products, or programs within twelve (12) months of the original transaction date.

6. Access to Digital Content

When you purchase a digital product or course, you are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your personal use only. Sharing access credentials, posting materials publicly, or redistributing content in any form is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for any violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All creative works displayed or distributed through this website—including images, videos, audio, copy, designs, logos, courses, templates, characters, story concepts, educational materials, and other original content—constitute the intellectual property of Jasmina Kimova Studio Originals or its licensors.

These works are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the Services or any purchase made hereunder.

You may not reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any material from the website or our products without prior written consent.

This prohibition includes the use of our creative universes, character designs, and proprietary frameworks for derivative projects or media productions.

8. License for Purchased Materials

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, all purchases grant you a limited license for personal or single-business use. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute any materials for commercial purposes.
